RESPONSIBILITIES
In our unit Regulatory & Research Solutions you lead the global divisional IT procurement team and community through the coordination of important roles and tasks.
You foster strong relationships and exchange best practices within BASF central IT Procurement, Finance, regional and functional IT teams to collaborate for success.
Furthermore, you drive the third party IT provider portfolio together with our Global IT Solution Delivery team balancing service quality and cost efficiency.
In addition, you adress requirements and ensure business continuity through proactively analyzing divisional IT demand and conducting RFXs with central procurement.
You execute delegated procurement for global vegetable seed IT.
You contribute with your own ideas to the continuous improvement of the divisional IT procurement processes including ordering and invoicing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
degree in Business Administration
first leadership experience
several years of work experience in procurement
know-how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
high customer and service orientation open and motivating way of leading employees
BENEFITS
Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.

Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.

Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
