  • Beyond a minimum level of GCSE education (or equivalent), you are also fluent to a business level in French and/or German.

  • A highly motivated self-starter, you have excellent skills in both Excel and Word; experience in SAP COBALT would be an advantage.

  • Beyond this, you work well in multidisciplinary teams, as well as on your own initiative.

  • You also have the capacity to manage your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.

  • Using your excellent interpersonal communication skills you are a good representative of BASF.

TaskDescriptionIn this key role, you will be responsible for the administration of the sales order process from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing for the Water, Mining and Oilfield customers.

  • This will involve entering orders on SAP COBALT, as well as providing support with maintaining price files within the system.

  • You will be responsible for liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any customer queries and you will take corrective steps when problems arise.

  • Beyond this, you will also inform relevant sales representatives of any issues with customers, deliveries, or credit/accounts receivable.

  • Finally, you will handle general enquiries, and consult with other internal

  • departments to provide customers with information when requested.
