We are currently seeking a Customer Care Pricing Revenue Support Analyst in one of our Customer Care hub locations (Charlotte, NC, Wyandotte, MI, Florham Park, NJ).
The Customer Care Revenue Support Analyst will ensure customer payment difference reconciliation, consignment invoicing management, tax exemption compliance audit support, distributor rebate processing, and all Revenue Support-related tasks are carried out efficiently while ensuring that failure modes causing invoicing errors are identified and corrected. Revenue Support Analysts interface with CCRs, business personnel, and various functional areas to develop solutions to prevent invoicing errors from reoccurring.

Formula for Success: You Will…
Accounts receivable payment difference reconciliation and root cause correction
Identify, investigate, and reconcile customer payment differences within timeframes established in Revenue Support Analyst core responsibilities.
Perform root cause analysis to determine failure modes associated with each discrepancy.
Interface with customers, CCRs, and business personnel to develop controls to prevent the errors from reoccurring.
Liaise with appropriate parties to ensure failure mode controls are coordinated and prioritized for the businesses and are rolled out in an organized fashion.
Consignment invoicing and reconciliation
Invoice customers accurately and on time for their reported consumption of consignment inventory.
Perform inventory reconciliations every billing period to ensure customer-reported inventory aligns with BASF recorded inventory.
Provide aging reports as needed.
Tax compliance and audit support
Provide support on tax exemption compliance to Customer Care and business units as needed.
Identify when BASF is out of compliance and work with CCRs and customers to resolve the issue.
Collect missing tax exempt certificates from customers.
Manage Revenue Support Tax e-mail queue.
Distributor rebate processing
- Ensure timely and accurate rebate credits are issued to distributors each month.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service, financial, or business unit position, OR 7 years of experience in a customer service, financial, or business unit position in lieu of degree, ideally within the chemical industry.
Strong SAP knowledge.
Previous order management experience or demonstrated proficiency in pricing, process improvement, and team participation.
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated; able to set priorities and make independent decisions.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
