Where the Chemistry Happens…
We have a great opportunity for a Manager, Process Administration, to join our Florham Park, NJ, team and who will have general administration, process and financial responsibilities for the IT/Supply Chain Operations Division in North America along with a functional line of responsibility to the FS/CRN Risk Management and Sustainability Global Organization based in Ludwigshafen, Germany. As such, there are assignments directly and only associated with North American operations provided by local management and assignments of a Global nature provided by the functional management in Germany. All process, administration, staffing counts, internal and external audit matters, Financial Reporting Compliance, safety and selected controlling functions are directly included with this position. Risk Management and Business Continuity Management training, in addition to other trainings to support department need and accountabilities. There are varied and diverse special assignments also included with this position as determined by local and Global management such as but not limited to benchmarking, highly confidential projects associated with staffing (Activity Based management) and project reporting.
Manager, Process Administration (1701405) – Florham Park, NJ
Formula for Success: You Will…
Manage Financial Reporting Compliance, manage IT/Supply Chain activity this area on an annual basis and on demand, coordinate regional/Global efforts to ensure all requirements are met, including required sign offs at Executive levels
Provide Internal/External Audit management, manage all IT/Supply Chain activity this area, by direct interface with audit teams to ensure all requirements are met, along with appropriate follow up including communications with Executives on these matters.
Oversee all purchases, review and provide approval/oversight as a financial control on all purchase requisition IT Operations North America, ensure all appropriate oversight controls are executed properly on all purchases such as approval level, purpose and financial review by direct interaction on the purchase request in SAP Cobalt.
Lead and manage Risk Management and Sustainability Application Study, Global initiative, contribute to the structure of this ongoing strategic initiative and conduct interviews with application and service-owners throughout North America to assess the risks associated with applications in accordance with this Global initiative. For Supply chain management, drive strategic program to roll out operational risk management globally.
Lead and manage Business Continuity Study, interface with business groups to develop/ implement plans in this area, global initiative to address and develop these plans with Global and Regional business units, Supply Chain is targeted and underway now by direct interaction with other appropriate North American units in business units.
Serve as Departmental Safety Lead to ensure all Corporate requirements are met such as the EHS Journey, Site Safety Committee, quarterly meetings requirements and all ad hoc matters by direct involvement/ interface with staff at all levels.
Manage/supervise a staff of 2 as functional lead in the Global/Regional FS/CRN organization, including Target Agreements, performance and job coaching counseling as well as career coaching.
Manage the global supply chain risk community and develop them accordingly.
Maintain involvement in all general Administration activity associated with FS IS/Supply Chain Operations by direct involvement when and where needed with all levels on management.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Bachelor’s Degree is required a degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistic or IT preferred. MBA/CPA desired.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting and/or IT and/or Project Management.
Minimum of 2 years’ general management experience
Experience interfacing with both internal/external audit preferred and global leadership or working in a virtual environment is a plus.
Experience in IT and/or Supply Chain Management required.
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and/or financial compliance; knowledge of Financial Controlling and Reporting; experience with data analysis and statistical methodology
Knowledge of Risk Management; Business Continuity Management and training
