The Process Design Manager (P2P) at FS Supports the vision and strategy for related IS-enabled enterprise-wide business processes, with close alignment with involved ODs and functions and the end-to-end process owner. S/he will contribute to the development of process strategies and design in the respective E2E-process area in close alignment with the process owner.

Formula for Success: You Will…
Hold accountability for the design of enterprise-wide business processes (IS-enabled and organizational) and their implementation per BASF conventions.
Be responsible for the description and implementation of stakeholder requirements (e.g., at the level of global/region, business unit or complex production) in the process design, per the corresponding E2E process strategy. This includes facilitation in global/regional communities to ensure efficient process changes.
Conduct dialogue with various stakeholder communities to balance the end-to-end process strategy with various requirements from the communities with the objective to harmonize/improve processes to the extent possible.
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of given processes through analysis of KPIs/PPIs, identifying improvement areas, and performing corresponding improvement initiatives (Global).
Maintain E2E-process documentation within applications and guidelines provided by business process management.
Support the exchange/promotion of best practice solutions and process improvements, and ensuring sustainable maintenance of process knowledge/process integrity.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Bachelor’s Degree required or higher in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Production, Supply Chain, IT, or Procurement in a business unit or related areas. Process Improvement experience is preferred.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Ability to lead others to success; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Effective strategic thinking.
Well-developed entrepreneurial character.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sound oral and written communication and presentation skills
Conflict management competency.
