The Catalyst Division Information Management Project Leader will work closely with BASF’s businesses and provide support in planning, designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing processes, systems, procedures, and controls on a global level.

Formula for Success: You Will…
Support and coordinate BASF Information Services and Information Management initiatives within the division, and provide leadership in the implementation of the Catalyst Information Management Strategy.
Understand business challenges and develop IS solution recommendations.
Responsible for maintaining Catalyst Division global project demands, IS project appropriation submittals and Change Requests/Work Requests.
Support R&D business systems requirements.
Develop processes to capture, analyze, reconcile, and report on global Catalyst IS costs.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for Information Management projects.
Maintain Information Management reporting requirements.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Bachelor's Degree in business or systems related field required; financial background a plus and 3 years of experience in business process review, design and project management
Demonstrated project leadership and team building skills required
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio and Project Management software
Primary location: Iselin, NJ
Global travel required 10% of the time
Background in ERP applications especially SAP a plus
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge a plus
