What you can expect
As laboratory manager, you will support our Polyurethane Research group in the further development of polyurethane materials for a wide variety of applications at the earliest date possible.
You shall head a research laboratory for polyurethanes and assume responsibility for project management in an international team.
To safeguard our competitive edge, you will observe and evaluate scientific trends and develop ideas and proposals for new products.
You shall work closely together with internal partners in research and development, marketing and with our global production locations.
What we expect
You have a doctorate in chemistry or materials science, preferably with emphasis on polymer chemistry, and can provide proof of having above-average grades while in college.
You are interested in the development of polymer-based system solutions that are used in a wide variety of innovative industries, such as automotive, construction and sports industry.
You have already proven your good command of English while working together in an international team.
You have initial experience in project management and focusing on innovation and enjoy inspiring and motivating others to succeed.
