What you can expect
As Junior Biology Project Leader in our unit Herbicides Agronomy / Advanced Biology, you will develop, manage and coordinate greenhouse and field trial programs and related protocols at a global level.
You will provide leadership for selected projects within our unit and cooperate closely with global strategic marketing, regional technical units or scientific partners.
While analyzing, summarizing and presenting the gained results, you will contribute to the decision making process and furthermore be responsible for the analysis and summarization of historic data.
You will apply basic agronomic and data management skills for the support of cross functional project teams and other R&D activities.
For the internal and external distribution of knowledge transfer, you will prepare and develop technical bulletins and corresponding reports or presentations.
What we expect
You have successfully completed your studies in agricultural sciences (PhD/Master/Diploma) and you have already gained solid work experience in an industrial environment.
Based on this work experience, you provide a substantial expertise in the field of agronomy, field trial coordination and execution.
Furthermore, you feel confident in giving presentations even while delivering controversial results to different audiences and you have profound project management skills.
You are well acquainted with standard IT applications and are versed in using your very good English and German language skills on a daily basis at work.
