What you can expect

Within our unit Global Environmental Fate, you will join a highly dedicated, international and passionate team.

  • You will lead a residue analytic lab team and conduct regulatory studies for global registrations according to GLP.

  • You will solve complex analytical tasks for your various environmental and ecotoxicology relevant matrices: water, soil, plants as well as aquatic and terrestrial organisms.

  • You will work in close cooperation and in interdisciplinary teams with collegues from the ecotoxicology department providing analytical support.

  • You will represent the group in international project teams and coordinate as well as align analytical methods and requirements in all regulatory functions.

  • You will work scientifically in close cooperation with the research department on new development candidates.

  • Furthermore, you will have the possibility to develop yourself and the group by implementing new ideas, concepts and approaches.

What we expect

  • You have successfully completed your Ph.D. in chemistry or in a related discipline.

  • You possess strong knowledge in trace analytics of organic molecules.

  • Due to your previous work experience, you can ideally provide expertise in the field of metabolism, ecotoxicology, structure elucidation and/or relevant IT tools.

  • You are well acquainted with standard IT applications and are versed in using your excellent English language skills on a daily basis at work.

  • You show a high level of customer focus and your innovative and solution-oriented working style motivates yourself and your team.
