What you can expect

As a Marketing & Sales Manager, focused on photo-curable systems, one of your tasks will be the collaboration for business development, marketing and sales in the global 3D-printing team as well as in the business units.

  • Besides the evaluation of customer expectations and demands for 3D-Printing materials and services, you will discuss the scope and limits of BASF technologies.

  • You will translate customer demands into product offerings of BASF and define rules based on customers' willingness to pay.

  • The development and execution of marketing and operational sales plans, forecast sales as well as the management of sales channels will also be one of your responsibilities.

  • You will design promotion activities and communication strategies, for example exhibitions and conferences, press releases and branding.

  • Furthermore, you will provide reports and reviews of marketing and sales projects.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in economics or an MBA combined with experience and openness to technical questions and tasks.

  • Alternatively, you hold a technical degree in chemistry or engineering, preferably polymer chemistry.

  • You have extensive experiences in B2B-marketing, sales and purchasing and convince with your analytical and strategic thinking.

  • In addition to your experience in direct customer interaction, knowledge of the 3D-printing market is desired.

  • You show strong interest in innovation and pioneering business development and high sovereignty in interactions with customers.

  • You have good written and oral communication skills in English, optionally also in German. Additional knowledge of other languages would be advantageous.
