You have a degree in economics or an MBA combined with experience and openness to technical questions and tasks.
Alternatively, you hold a technical degree in chemistry or engineering, preferably polymer chemistry.
You have extensive experiences in B2B-marketing, sales and purchasing and convince with your analytical and strategic thinking.
In addition to your experience in direct customer interaction, knowledge of the 3D-printing market is desired.
You show strong interest in innovation and pioneering business development and high sovereignty in interactions with customers.
You have good written and oral communication skills in English, optionally also in German. Additional knowledge of other languages would be advantageous.
TaskDescriptionAs a Marketing & Sales Manager, focused on photo-curable systems, one of your tasks will be the collaboration for business development, marketing and sales in the global 3D-printing team as well as in the business units.
Besides the evaluation of customer expectations and demands for 3D-Printing materials and services, you will discuss the scope and limits of BASF technologies.
You will translate customer demands into product offerings of BASF and define rules based on customers' willingness to pay.
The development and execution of marketing and operational sales plans, forecast sales as well as the management of sales channels will also be one of your responsibilities.
You will design promotion activities and communication strategies, for example exhibitions and conferences, press releases and branding.
Furthermore, you will provide reports and reviews of marketing and sales projects.
