RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Base Metals Services unit develops a complete cycle for the recycling of base metals and batteries, which is a key component of a sustainable battery business. The company plans rapid growth and significant investments in the coming years.

  • As Officer Customer Care you manage customer accounts including Non Conformance Management where you create evaluated NCM cases in SAP, find solutions for customer care NCM and make proposals to solve problems with interfaces.

  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the onboarding of customers and you are Key user for Customer Care tools.

  • Setting up billing terms and master data, communicating metal contents and processing payments for the recycled materials delivered are part of your tasks including supporting the process and SAP setup and execution of order processing.

  • Additionally, you setup internal performance reports and KPI´s as well as customized customer reporting requests in Excel, you craft messages as needed via PowerPoint and propose actions to improve KPI´s such as the response rate.

  • You handle all daily transactional work needed to support accounts, apply the correct terms to the lots and monitor upcoming settlement dates as well as provide administrative support to the business management and sales team.

  • Lastly, you maintain internal relationships with Supply Chain, Sales, Business Management, Distribution/Logistics and Procurement as well as build personal relationships with external third parties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • completed commercial education or Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field of study along with first practicalexperience

  • profound knowledge in the field of supply chain

  • familiar with standard IT applications such as MS-Office as well as customer-oriented working style

  • convincing and secure communication in English and French aswell as good German and Spanish skills
