  • You have a degree in process engineering, technical chemistry or chemical engineering, on which you earned above-average marks, and have ideally gone on to earn a doctorate.

  • You are familiar with unit operations as well as process development.

  • You like to develop creative solutions and actively participate in a team.

  • Your targeted, clear communication style allows you to convey complex matters in an understandable manner in both German and English.

TaskDescriptionOur Polymer Process Development group's expertise lies in the development of new processes and further development and optimization of existing polymer processes for our customers.

  • As part of the innovation process, you will make recommendations for new processes, projects and applications.

  • You will manage a research lab, taking the budgetary framework into account, and will ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.

  • You will act as the point of contact for operational units and scientific and research partners and will define, initiate and manage subprojects for new and/or improved processes.

  • You will monitor, document and evaluate progress and coordinate the transfer of the results to the technical center, production and other units.
