RESPONSIBILITIES
Our unit Regulatory IT Services supports admission processes for crop protection products as well as seeds & traits solutions globally through digital processes and platforms. In addition, our focus is on computerized system validation activities to maintain GLP compliance standards for our regulated IT systems.
In your new role, you oversee all aspects of project planning, status monitoring, and risk management using agile and iterative methodologies.
You are responsible for identifying stakeholder requirements, defining project scope and deliverables, and coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure the success of the project.
Furthermore you lead a team of internal and external partners to implement new features and ensure the continuous functionality of IT tools within a dedicated budget.
Your excellent communication skills are crucial in keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and conducting user training to ensure the new solution is accepted.
In addition to project management, you provide operational support by adjusting system configurations, including lifecycles, workflows, and security profiles, to ensure the smooth operation of our global regulatory IT systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
completed bachelor's or master's degree in business informatics, business administration, natural science or a related field of study
professional job experience in a similar position as well as in project and change management
profound knowledge of the process modelling tools and the workflow mechanisms
familar with the standard IT applications
secure and authentic communications skills in both German and English
