What you can expect

Within our HR - Solutions & Development EC unit, you will advise the managers of the Automotive Refinish Coatings Solutions Europe department, which has approximately 1,400 employees in Europe, on personnel-specific products and processes.

  • To this end, you will contribute the human resources perspective in strategy or change projects and manage strategic personnel measures in the region.

  • You will provide support in identifying talent and implementing career and succession planning.

  • You will coordinate personnel and development retreats and pay rounds.

  • As a contribution to the local and global consistency of the BASF pay groups, you will manage the process of reviewing and, where applicable, reevaluating these.

  • You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues from the European subregions and the bodies representing employees on all personnel-related processes.

What we expect

  • You have a degree and several years of professional experience.

  • Alongside a high level of interest in personnel-related contexts, such as change management, talent and performance management, compensation & benefits and labor and employment law, you have solid knowledge and skills in project management.

  • Ideally, you have already been able to amass experience in the areas of sales and marketing.

  • You understand your customers’ requirements, take various perspectives into account, and are trustworthy and self-confident in communicating in German and English.

  • You take responsibility, demonstrate endurance and approach your tasks strategically, all with the goal of pushing sustainable solutions forward and achieving corporate goals.
