What you can expect

In this position within our Training Design unit, you will develop and implement concepts for know-how transfer regarding technical and commercial training content for the EMEA market.

  • Within the scope of training portfolio management, you will identify the needs of the markets, observe local developments and ensure that the portfolio is up to date.

  • You will capture market and competitor activities in the area of learning and development and will derive benchmarking and market intelligence concepts from that.

  • You will support us in developing new learning methods in fields such as augmented reality and digital learning in order to ensure that we have state-of-the-art training methods.

  • You will prepare the training content in close cooperation with internal and external experts and will focus in the process on developing training concepts from an education standpoint.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in business administration, business psychology or adult education with a focus on learning and development.

  • You have initial professional experience and knowledge and skills in project management.

  • Your communication skills allow you to summarize results in an understandable way, and you can present them effectively in both German and English.

  • Your conceptual strengths and independence allow you to advance subjects and changes within the organization.

  • You are impressive for your highly developed customer focus and are strategic and consistent in your actions in order to achieve the company’s economic, ecological and social aims.
