Main Tasks:
Conduct process engineering of FEED and detail design for Site Engineering project in Pudong Site
Work with project team and site colleagues on production process concept, including preliminary PFD, PID, plant plotting plan, equipment arrangement and area classification etc. Contribute to process optimization when required
Compile process chemistry package including chemical process description, material data, process control concept, mass-balance, energy balance, waste handling and logistics concept etc.
Review process engineering design by engineering contractor (LDI/CDI) and check engineering quality and internal & external regulatory compliance
Support engineering manager for Pudong internal engineering work review and process safety review
Participate and contribute to SHE (safety, health and environmental protection) review at project design & construction phase.
Perform project engineer role when required to coordinate FEED and detail design for data collection and progress follow-up.
Other tasks required by the company when necessary
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry Engineering or chemical related
Working Experience: at least 5 years working experience in design institute
Technical & Professional Knowledge: basic understanding of project engineering and project process; Auto-CAD skill is required
Language: reasonable written and oral English as well communication skill
