What you can expect

We are looking for a candidate to join our Dry Mortar & Inorganic Binder Systems team as soon as possible to manage a research lab in the field of inorganic synthesis.

  • You will develop new and improved know-how in inorganic sol-gel chemistry.

  • You will also work with the synthesis and application of functional inorganic materials.

  • Alongside scientific studies, research and documentation, you will perform project-related work as well as present the results of your work and you will be involved in developing requests and applications for new projects.

  • In an international environment, you will maintain cooperative working relationships with various business units and external contacts with universities and institutions.

What we expect

  • You have a degree and a PhD in chemistry and have already been able to gain experience in inorganic chemistry.

  • You also have knowledge in the area of silicate and sol-gel chemistry.

  • You have fluent business proficiency in spoken and written German and English and are willing to lead a team to success through your initiative and innovative drive.

  • A determined and goal-oriented working style, focus on performance and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
