Customer Service Representative I (1700590)

The role of a Call Center Representative is to interact directly with customers in order to provide technical and color information support for BASF products, first tier customer software support, act as an interface between the customer and laboratory groups, process color match requests and provide tinting assistance. Additionally the Call Center acts as an interface between customers and the technical laboratories. They are responsible to process requests for color matching received from jobbers and sales representatives. This includes intake of the request and notification to the customer when a job has been completed.
