Warehouse Worker, Sr (1801787) – Buffalo, NY
The Warehouse Worker/Material Handler/Crane Operator will be responsible for performing manual labor related to moving large heavy loads, including chaining and slinging bundled steel materials for fabrication, proper handling of finished steel goods for final shipment and other warehouse duties as needed. This position is required to operate forklifts, both upright and sit down style, overhead cranes and may operate a rough terrain crane as needed. Other duties may include:
Correctly process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements while sustaining a high level of quality and safety to ensure customers receive correct product in the time requested.
Safely operate powered industrial forklift to transport inventory
Satisfactorily complete all MBO/Site specific training requirements while operating within all ISO standards pertaining to the site including, but not limited to, Control of Documents and Quality Policy.
Ensure accuracy of shipments and support documentation. Respond to customer service and other external department inquiries regarding order requirements and/or fulfillment issues.
Outstanding Safety performance is a must.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must 1-2 years of heavy equipment operation
Must 1 -2 years Forklift experience
3-5 preferred experience heavy material handling experience
