What you can expect
We drive mobility. Our new People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers in the field of Global Mobility. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible. In this position, you act as the main contact person for social security agencies, health insurance companies, authorities in Germany and the staff.
You advise employees on the subject of business trips in compliance with the EU Posting of Workers Directive and ensure the social security of employees during business trips, also outside the European Union.
In this context, you apply for A1, multistate worker as well as delegation certificates electronically as well as manually in SAP and/or SVnet and monitor them.
In the case of incorrect transmissions, you analyze the source of the error and clean up the data.
In addition, you are responsible for country-specific registrations in accordance with the legal requirements of the respective country and BASF specifications, proactively research innovations and ensure sustainable knowledge documentation.
The processing of regulatory audits is also part of your duties, as is the instruction of invoices.
As part of monitoring, you ensure documentation of all requests and orders in CRM as well as Excel and update work instructions in case of changes.
What we expect
completed commercial vocational training or university degree
first experience in working with social insurance agencies and authorities is an advantage
confident handling of SAP and MS Office applications as well as interest in digitalization topics
fluent in German and very good English skills
high customer orientation, ability to work in a team and reliability
