What you can expect
We are driving forward the digitalisation of agriculture!
Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support us in developing the infrastructure for efficient data use.
You optimize the data pipeline infrastructure from a variety of internal as well as external data sources and contribute your knowledge in the area of ETL.
You create processes with business experts, such as for workflow management, and thus support necessary data transformations as well as data structures.
In doing this, you help stakeholders with technical questions as well as with the implementation of their requirements into concrete specifications for the data warehouses, BI solutions and self-services.
Within our agriculture team, you define structures, develop solutions, advise on technical implementation and deal with fundamental problems when working in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS).
What we expect
degree in Economics or Computer Science and first work experience in the field of Data Engineering
advanced knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle and SQLServer
know-how with (cloud) big data tools, scripting languages, e.g. Python, Java, R, Scala and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
fluent communication skills in German and English
