What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team People Data & Engagement Services we are looking for new colleagues. In this position you will provide various services in the field of people data, such as the coordination of reorganizations within BASF, data management during M&A projects as well as support and maintenance of global data structures.
You actively contribute to the implementation of new demands into existing systems and process structures as well as the further development of concepts.
With an outstanding service mindset, you advise HR business partners and leaders within your area of competence.
Compliance, quality and knowledge management are an integral part of your daily work.
Also, you develop problem solutions in challenging environments and independently take over the project management for projects and initiatives.
What we expect
degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
first experience in an HR role and ideally experience in project management
ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English (preferably in German or other EMEA languages as well)
committed team player with an outstanding service mindset, passion for your area and a structured and self-driven personality
