What you can expect
Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services Team and be part of our regulatory database project owner team. Our IT database projects enable the agricultural solutions division to provide product-specific data globally and are a milestone in our digitization strategy.
Within our data/technical team you provide support for multiple globally used regulatory IT systems.
You enhance and modify existing configurations as well as implement and test new system features.
To achieve this, you collaborate with internal colleagues as well as external partners globally.
In addition, you provide technical support and work on the creation and management of user profiles and roles.
You work with reports, dashboards and metric creation using various technology platforms and support as well as develop user interfaces and back end processes.
You capture and process tickets in the agile collaboration tool Jira and collect user requests.
What we expect
degree in computer science or natural sciences such as Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar
practical experience in working with relational databases, ideally SQL server, as well as commercially available tools such as TrackWise and Veeva Vault
good understanding of data visualization tools and data reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
experience with common data science toolkits as well as data processing, data format transformation and restructuring
keen interest in IT topics and well organized as well as very good analytical skills
excellent communication skills in English; German language skills desired but not required
