What you can expect
In our team Agricultural Solutions Expert Services, you will be introduced to the European Ecotoxicology environment under mentorship of experienced colleagues.
You will provide support in writing scientific reports and study summaries in the area of the Ecotoxicology and agrochemicals (plant protection products).
Within this framework you will design and monitor ecotoxicological studies conducted by external laboratories.
Besides this you will conduct, write and communicate ecotoxicological risk assessments for agrochemicals, with focus on birds and mammals.
Search, retrieval, management and initial evaluation of data and information from scientific literature researches are also part of your tasks.
What we expect
You have successfully completed your degree in in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Sciences or Veterinary Sciences (B.Sc./Diplom/M.Sc.).
Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the area of ecotoxicology, ecology and/or zoology (terrestrial vertebrates preferred).
In addition, you are well experienced in design and monitoring of laboratory and/or field studies, data evaluation and analysis, and scientific writing.
You are familiar with project management as well as negotiation and presentation techniques.
You are well acquainted with standard IT applications and document management systems as well as you show excellent English language skills and communicate effectively within a team.
You show a high level of flexibility when facing new challenges.
Personally, you enjoy collaborating for achievement and show a high level of entrepreneurial drive.
