What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team People Data & Engagement Services we are looking for new colleagues. In this position you will co-develop BASF's global diversity and inclusion strategy and support Corporate HR in creating and maintaining a respective governance framework.
In this context, you will develop, align and execute global, regional or national measures to implement BASF'S D&I strategy such as communication and awareness campaigns.
You will coordinate various bodies of our internal D&I community, i.e. the D&I League, a D&I community of practice and other event-related communities.
You will serve as the main contact person for all D&I related questions, actively build up subject-matter know how and consult internal stakeholders to improve their own D&I measures.
Moreover, you will act on behalf of Corporate HR when it comes to media requests regarding D&I topics and will work closely with respective communication colleagues including the regular provision of input to corporate reports (i.e. annual report).
Finally, you will provide input to other stakeholders for communication or PR measures and represent BASF in external organizations such as Charta der Vielfalt, Initiative Chefsache etc.
What we expect
degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Social Sciences or similar fields of relevance
several years of relevant experience in Diversity Management, CSR or related fields of HR Management, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
knowledge of and high interest in the latest trends and concepts in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion
solid understanding of HR processes and their relevance for D&I matters
stakeholder management skills and a high organizational and intercultural awareness
strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, ideally in an additional language as well
a customer- and goal-oriented personality with a willingness to travel
30 vacation days as well as special leave and sabbatical models.
