RESPONSIBILITIES
Become an important part of our international financial reporting team as a Senior Accountant to support us in accounting and projects for the BASF Group companies.
From day one, you take on responsibility in challenging projects and contribute your application experience in the field of S/4HANA.
You contribute your expertise in General Ledger, External Reporting as well as Asset and Lease Accounting to the technical and functional development of the department.
You demonstrate your communication skills both in cross-departmental and cross-site cooperation as well as in the exchange with / training of service units.
You secure knowledge through comprehensive documentation and share it in global communities. You are open to digital transformation by providing ideas and implementation support.
QUALIFICATIONS
degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
knowledge of business and SAP processes and their implementation in the areas of finance (accounting)
very good knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, SAP New GL
high affinity for IT and interest in digitalization topics
first experience in project management as well as knowledge of accounting
effective communication in English

Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
Gross annual salary (full-time): 53.000 - 56.000€, depending on qualification and work experience.
