In Global Business Services, we support BASF's divisions with a cross-functional network and offer modern solutions tailored to the needs of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers, transferring BASF Employees within the group companies in the field of Global Mobility.
You are responsible for advising and consulting the Global Community and other stakeholders on all topics related to transferee compensation.
Your main tasks include continuous development and optimization as well as conceptual design and change management for all transferee compensation topics.
You define and manage the implementation of technical requirements into work processes to external vendors and IT tools.
Apart from that you steer and lead the annual merit increase and bonus round for all regional mobility centers.
You lead, support and / or participate in projects with business units and other stakeholders with regards to transfer compensation.
QUALIFICATIONS
university degree, ideally with a background in business administration
several years of HR experience, ideally in the areas of mobility and/or compensation & benefits
successful participation in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as projects for the continuous improvement of service quality
strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
proven project management experience
BENEFITS
Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000-58.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
