Along the financial order-to-cash process, we are passionate to drive Accounts Receivable from Invoice monitoring via Accounting to Collection activities executing payment flows on time. We are close to our customers and contribute to BASF's success every day with needs-based and innovative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
For our Accounts Receivable unit, as an Expert Accounts Receivable, you will develop and optimize processes in line with an end-to-end orientation.
You design solutions for business tasks, find options for technical implementation, coordinate these with all stakeholders and drive their implementation forward.
As part of internal or BASF Group-wide projects (such like S/4 HANA roll out), you will ensure that best practice solutions are developed, implemented and used in close coordination with our service teams.
You take over the ownership of your responsibility area and you will lead and initiate projects for the further processual or technical development of the unit.
As an Expert, you will continuously expand your expertise knowledge, pass it on and exchange ideas with colleagues in the expert communities.
In day-to-day business, you will support our services teams and partners in questions as well as in process issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
degree in economics, business informatics, comparable education or commercial training
several years of professional experience in finance ideally with deep knowledge in Accounts Receivables
very good knowledge in SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA
experience in projects and a sound network within current or previous positions
open for change, high degree of initiative and talent to find solutions
excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills in English, German is a plus
joy of imparting knowledge to your team
BENEFITS
Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
Gross annual salary (full-time): 64.000 - 67.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 18% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company as well as individual performance.
