What you can expect

We drive mobility. As a special HR unit, our new Mobility Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.

  • You will advise our employees and their families before and during the transfer.

  • You will be the central contact person for all contractual arrangements and for all questions regarding taxes, remuneration, benefits and social benefits at national and international level relating to international assignments.

  • You will also advise BASF's management and human resources officers on staff transfers and on individual personal issues.

  • With your distinctive service mindset, you will make a significant contribution to maintaining our customer experience at a high level and continuously optimizing it.

  • You will be responsible for handling transfer-relevant labor law, social security and tax matters as well as compensation and benefits issues, including the preparation of salary calculations.

  • The work in internal and cross-departmental projects completes your field of responsibility.

What we expect

  • successfully completed studies, ideally experience abroad

  • several years of professional experience in the personnel or service sector

  • distinct advisory competence and negotiation skills

  • service mindset and high customer orientation

  • sound knowledge of the HR value chain and the HR IT landscape, ideally SAP knowledge

  • strong presentation and communication skills in German and English

  • temporary willingness to travel for induction purposes
