What you can expect

We drive mobility. Our new People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers in the field of Global Mobility. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.

  • You will be responsible for the administrative support of international staff transfers.

  • In this regard, you will ensure that all data is complete and consistent and monitor the approval process.

  • As part of the relocation management, you will draw up employment contracts and certificates.

  • In this context, you will support the responsible HR Business Partners in all process issues.

  • You will be closely connected to the global mobility community and help to continuously develop processes.

  • Moreover, you will actively support the management of the annual salary adjustment process for our assignees.

What we expect

  • successfully completed apprenticeship

  • experience in the field of HR administration, ideally with regard to staff transfer including social benefits and remuneration

  • sound knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is advantageous

  • independent, process-oriented working method

  • very good German and English language skills

  • communicative and very customer-oriented
