What you can expect
In our team in Berlin we provide payroll services to our Polish group companies and are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist for Polish payroll.
You will process the monthly payroll, prepare monthly and ad hoc reports and implement, improve and maintain administrative HR processes in SAP HR.
For this you will cooperate with our local HR Business Partners in Poland as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and you will ensure that our HR Services are in line with the Polish legal and regulatory requirements.
You will prepare declarations for ZUS, US, PFRON, etc. including year-end declarations and issue legally required documentation for social security purposes.
Furthermore, you will ensure You will act as an advanced user of HR Payroll systems and implement system changes in line with business need and legal changes.
What we expect
After completing your university studies you have gathered at least two years relevant working experience in the field of Polish payroll and you have gained good knowledge of Polish labor law regulations.
You are used to working with IT payroll systems and have good knowledge of Platnik software as well as solid MS Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Your particular strengths are a good work organisation, strong analytical skills and customer orientation.
You are fluent in Polish as well as in English and / or German and your experience in an international environment would be an advantage.
