What you can expect

In our European Shared Service Center in Berlin we offer you the chance to experience the area of training management within an international company. Our intercultural team consists of circa 20 colleagues, who offer specialized services for several countries.Your main responsibilities will be supporting the cultural diverse training management officers in preparation and post-processing of educational events offered to the BASF workers within France subteam with:

  • Entering seminar items and training events into our HR system.

  • Reception and registration of seminar attendance lists.

  • Support with external invoice handling.

  • Quality data checks of the pre-existing information within the HR system Success Factors.

  • Organization of registration of BASF employees at external seminar providers for the countries, including data maintenance into our system.

  • Furthermore, you will proactively contribute to the information flow and the exchange of experiences.

What we expect

  • You are currently studying linguistic, economics or social sciences and have a distinct interest in human resources, especially in the human resource development.

  • You have an excellent command of English and French and a solid knowledge of MS-Office.

  • Apart from that, you are able to adapt yourself on changing requirements.

  • You are looking forward to work in a team with a high level of openness for the intercultural exchange.
