What you can expect
We drive mobility. As a special HR unit, our new Mobility Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.
Together with our expert, you will control the global end-2 end transfer process in all tax issues as well as the use of the global tax service provider.
You will support and advise together with our expert, on tax-relevant issues in Germany in connection with international staff transfers and business travel.
Also, you will support the implementation and communication of changes to global tax policies to the Tax Service Provider.
You will always have our processes in mind in order to implement the necessary optimizations regarding tax compliance and to advance the value-added and service-oriented further development.
What we expect
completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk or completed studies ideally with a focus on finance or tax law
understanding of tax contexts
ideally first experience in the areas of work and residence permits, social security and EU Posting Directive
safe handling of MS Office programs
knowledge of SAP HR and FI/CO is advantageous
consulting skills and presentation strength in German and English
