What you can expect

We drive mobility. As a special HR unit, our new Mobility Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.

  • Together with our expert, you will control the global end-2 end transfer process in all tax issues as well as the use of the global tax service provider.

  • You will support and advise together with our expert, on tax-relevant issues in Germany in connection with international staff transfers and business travel.

  • Also, you will support the implementation and communication of changes to global tax policies to the Tax Service Provider.

  • You will always have our processes in mind in order to implement the necessary optimizations regarding tax compliance and to advance the value-added and service-oriented further development.

What we expect

  • completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk or completed studies ideally with a focus on finance or tax law

  • understanding of tax contexts

  • ideally first experience in the areas of work and residence permits, social security and EU Posting Directive

  • safe handling of MS Office programs

  • knowledge of SAP HR and FI/CO is advantageous

  • consulting skills and presentation strength in German and English
