What you can expect

Our HR Mergers & Acquisitions team provides services for the preparation and implementation of national and international M&A projects and post-merger integrations of the BASF Group. As part of our dynamic team, you can expect exciting tasks in an international environment.

  • In this role, you support HR M&A Services in the operational day-to-day business and therefore contribute to national and international M&A projects and structural change projects.

  • Your core tasks are to carry out research and data analysis as well as to create presentations, statistics and reports which support our M&A service delivery and HR M&A gatekeepers.

  • Also, you organize and prepare follow-up meetings and sessions.

  • Furthermore, you support the stakeholder management by being an interface and contact person for internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect

  • completed commercial vocational training or university degree in business administration, economics or social sciences

  • ideally first experience in HR-related M&A activities or/and a broad experience e.g. as HR Business Partner

  • very good handling of MS Office and other standard IT applications

  • competence to deal with new challenges and a strong growth mindset to learn and develop further

  • fluent communication English and ideally in German
