What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team People Data & Engagement Services we are looking for several new colleagues. As a Specialist within this team you are responsible for the annual preparation, execution and review of the global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation as well as the personnel cost benchmark of BASF Group according to the respective Corporate requirements and instructions of Corporate Governance units
Hereby, you will handle data collection in our BASF in-house developed tool Octopus as well as steer the quality assurance process with state-of- the- art tools.
The global contact management to BASF group companies and sites as well as user management and administration in the respective IT tool Octopus belong to your spectrum of work.
You will train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
You will execute processes within predefined timelines by Corporate Governance units and provide quality assured data on time.
What we expect
degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields
professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance or Controlling
in-depth knowledge and understanding of reporting processes as well as HR processes, committed service mindset, structured, self-driven
cooperative and goal-oriented personality
fluent in German as well as in English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (additional language is an asset)
