What you can expect
Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support us in driving the digitalization of agriculture and shaping our data landscape.
As part of the Project Management Office team, you will support internal and external partners in achieving their goals within the data strategy.
You will be involved in building reporting and controlling systems, setting up communication guidelines as well as relevant templates and keeping stakeholders informed.
Moreover, you will drive agile work processes (using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.) in our team and work closely with your colleagues.
You will create transparency about internal and external projects and moderate relevant meetings and workshops.
As part of the project management, you remove obstacles and communicate as well as develop agile methodologies within the team.
Preparing and acting as editor for high quality delivery status updates with relevant content for the steering committee, is also in your scope.
What we expect
master's degree in business or technical
professional experience in project management and with methods such as SCRUM or agile projects is an advantage
experience in successful planning and execution of projects as well as in stakeholder management
experienced in using agile organization tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) and document platforms
communication skills in German and English (fluent in one language)
team player with strong interpersonal skills
