In the war for talents, you will identify potential applicants on career networks and address them actively in order to attract them to BASF.
As a sparring partner for candidates and managers you will ensure a close exchange of ideas and a high quality of consulting and transparency.
You will be the first point of contact for applicants, support them throughout the application process, conduct telephone interviews and, in case of a negative decision, you will be responsible for informing them personally about the rejection.
To keep your finger on the pulse, you will be continuously involved in the evaluation and development of our processes and tools.
You will regularly document your research and contact results in order to ensure meaningful reporting and to be able to derive measures.
Together with your team you will build and maintain a pool of candidates.
What we expect
completed studies or commercial training and initial relevant work experience
practical know-how in the use of career networks and sourcing methods as well as experience in proactive telephone and written communication with candidates
keen sense and quick understanding of the requirements of your customers
strong communication skills, characterised by creativity, self-confidence and professionalism
excellent German and English language skills as well as fluency in Dutch and/or Spanish; any other european language is an advantage
ability to develop new ideas and drive value-creating solutions together with your team
