What you can expect
In this role within our Domestic Deliveries Unit, you are responsible for the inventory management and other related processes within S&OP including reporting, analysis and interpretation of respective KPIs with the goal to ensure constant process efficiency enhancements. By taking the responsibility of the full P2P process, non conformance management included, you actively contribute to the achievement of business units' sales targets.
You process, track and follow up on purchase and stock orders (including subcontracting, stock transfers, GR processing) in line with the respective procurement processes and relevant trade control requirements (where applicable).
You balance, execute, monitor and communicate supply and demand through forecasts, stock analysis reports and regular interaction with sales team.
Furthermore being responsible for master data management, you ensure efficient material and batch management (i.e. ICTP's, FIFO application, master data changes, stock evaluations etc.).
You also analyze, report, collaborate and execute on dysfunctional stock on hand including blocked and expired stock, ageing stock and slow moving stock.
Your tasks include interaction with the sales team to identify and track possible shortages to effectively communicate to customers and developing action plans for alternative suppliers or stock.
You conduct regular analysis of current product range to classify stock and assign applicable inventory management policies in line with customer sales strategy and agreements, supply factors as well as shelf life and costs implications.
Finally you analyze different scenarios to meet the demand and optimize cost of supply and inventory taking into account warehousing, load consolidation, re-order frequency and quantities vs stock holding.
What we expect
completed Bachelor's degree within relevant field or equivalent qualification
previous professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, ideally in Demand and Supply Planning
very good ability to work with MS Office packages, including advanced level of Excel
profound knowledge of SAP (Materials Management and SCI)
fluent English in speaking and writing
