What you can expect

Our Team HR Services Europe - Switzerland provides professional support to our Swiss BASF colleagues and deliver best-in-class HR services.

  • You will daily provide administrative HR services for our Swiss colleagues, like preparing work certificates, keeping HR correspondance, administrating electronic personnel files and maintaining our HR Master data in SAP.

  • Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the monthly payroll. You maintain the payroll and time data and check that the entered data and the results in our SAP system are precise and correct.

  • You will administrate our training offers and support for a flawless processing of recruiting tasks. Besides you will accompany our internal partners, training participants and candidates through the whole process.

  • In addition, you will advise and inform the employees in your area of responsibility regarding HR topics, both by phone and via e-mail, in close cooperation with our HR colleagues in Switzerland.

  • You will collaborate in internal projects, focus on solutions for increasing efficiency and encourage the best practice sharing among our European HR Services community.

  • Furthermore, you will contribute to our quality and knowledge management by updating the documentation of all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.

What we expect

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or have a degree in HR, and you could already gain first years of work experience in HR field.

  • You are fluent in German, French and English.

  • You bring a good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Pivot and vlookup should be everyday concepts for you. Knowledge of SAP HR and Success Factors is an advantage.

  • You have basic knowledge of Swiss regulatory and HR processes (social security, taxes, time and compensation).

  • You can work in a well-organized manner and are able to think analytically, even under pressure.

  • You are friendly and customer-oriented and enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success.
