What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team People Data & Engagement Services we are looking for new colleagues. As a Specialist you provide on behalf of BASF's HR community the design and implementation of Talent Management measures in the areas of Leadership Excellence, Talent and Career Development.
This includes supporting the demand-driven role out of new innovative Talent Management services in collaboration with our Global Business colleagues worldwide.
As part of the Talent Management community, you will collaborate actively with colleagues from different parts of the company on a global basis, supporting them with creative, value adding tools, measures and services.
You will contribute to regional and global projects in the area of Talent Management, while being involved in the end-to-end process, from problem identification to communication and delivery.
What we expect
degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
professional experience in an HR role and ideally experience in Project Management
in-depth knowledge and passion for Talent Management topics
committed team player with strong communication skills
service mindset, structured and self-driven personality
fluency in Englisch and another European language (preferably German)
