What you can expect
As business support, we support various applications and authorizations and are responsible for the smooth running of numerous processes in the area of Global Business Services. To optimize and automate the topic Reporting & Analysis, we are looking for a working student for 20h/week.
As a working student with a focus on reporting & analysis, you support in the automation and further development of existing reports in close cooperation with colleagues from various departments.
You assume responsibility for the timely preparation of reports based on the data from SAP HR-CRM and telephony data of the inquiry teams.
You support the HR departments when applying for authorizations and user questions around the SAP Business Warehouse.
You play an active role in the planning and execution of small, internal projects.
You proactively share your ideas for continuous development and optimization of processes with the team.
What we expect
Student of the course (Bachelor or Master) Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
high level of analytical skills and no fear of bits and bytes
very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is a plus
safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel for professional reporting (handling formulas, pivot tables, PowerQuery, VBA scripting, etc.)
first experiences with Tableau, Power BI or a similar application, as well as the understandable presentation of results in dashboards
independent working methods and self-initiative, as well as constant striving for innovation and optimization
