Business Analyst – Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a professional like you to join a diverse team and contribute towards profitable growth in target customer industries. You will interface with members of the resins and additives business leadership and provide key input and analysis to help support management decisions and drive the business forward. You will interface with sales, marketing, technical service, product management, supply chain and other key stakeholders to identify, monitor and address key drives of business performance.

Formula for Success

  • Support business management in driving the implementation of key global SBU initiatives in the region

  • Provide forecast and business performance analysis and actionable recommendations to support managerial decisions

  • Coordinate annual business operating plan process with all key stakeholders

  • Develop and facilitate monthly cross-functional business meetings with sales, marketing, technical service, supply chain, product management and key account management

  • Maximize profitability and achieve long-term growth by managing index pricing and purchase incentive programs

  • Provide analysis and guidance to sales and marketing groups with financial planning and forecasting while driving corrective actions needed to improve business performance

Master internal customer relationship management (CRM) system; report on generated lead status to leadership; oversee marketing data collection and perform analysis
