We are seeking a professional like you to develop and manage the assigned North American product portfolio to meet the financial and strategic objectives of the business.
The Dispersions & Resins business of BASF develops, produces and markets a range of high-quality resins, additives, colorants and polymer dispersions worldwide. These raw materials are used in formulations for coatings and paints, printing and packaging products, construction chemicals, adhesives, fiberbonding, nonwovens, and paper manufacturing. With a comprehensive product portfolio and extensive knowledge of the industries we serve, our customers benefit from innovative and sustainable solutions to help them advance their formulations through chemistry
Formula for Success
As a critical pivot-point in the organization, you will connect the external customer and market facing organizations with our operations team.
Driving strategic decisions for the business, you maximize regional profitability of the product portfolio, return on assets, and develop business cases for new assets.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will coordinate regional strategy development and implementation for the assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Strategy Manager, Industry Marketing, and supporting functions, as well as collaborate with Supply Chain to define the inventory strategy of the portfolio across our network.
Leveraging your business savviness, you will define regional pricing guidelines in conjunction with Marketing, Sales and Controlling to maximize value-based pricing and profitability.
Your ability to review and analyze all industry segments will be essential as you define the regional product portfolio in collaboration with Industry Marketing Managers, oversee lifecycle management of the commercial portfolio, and participate in new product launches.
