As a member of the North America Supply Chain team, you will support the overall success of the Dispersions & Resins business in North America. Your role as the Supply Chain Planner is to manage an assigned product portfolio in support of customer delivery service goals, inventory targets and optimize service costs.
Formula for Success: You Will…
Leverage your educational and professional background in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, you will develop and maintain supply plan and inventory strategies for assigned product portfolio in support of business goals, targets and customer delivery requirements.
Manage daily and weekly exceptions to ensure accurate planning master data is up to date and inventory pipeline is healthy.
Provide visibility, communicate and provide resolution to supply/network imbalances working with Product Management, Manufacturing and Customer Care.
Collaborate with regional and global Product Management to develop and execute distribution plans including own manufactured products, imports, contract manufacturing, and inter-company transfer volumes.
Lead key customer collaboration efforts including review of demand requirements, supply strategies and order management optimization.
Flex your solid problem-solving and analytical skills to review KPI reporting, identify trends and recommends solutions (i.e., days on hand, delivery service and dysfunctional inventory).
Lead continuous improvement projects addressing topics such as contract manufacturing, capacity expansions, inventory optimization and mergers and acquisitions.
