Supply Chain Planner III (2100095 ) – Charlotte, NC

Where the Chemistry Happen

As a member of the North American Supply Chain team, this position is responsible for developing and executing forward inventory placement strategies supporting all the Dispersions sites. Other aspects of this role would focus on network optimization, safety stock target setting in alignment with customer service levels and delivery expectations. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager – Dispersions & Colorants, North America.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your Bachelor’s degree and professional experience in Business, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain, you will analyze and plan inventory requirements for customers at 3rd party sites to support customer service and delivery goals while ensuring monthly inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.

  • Engaging across the business, you will interact with various functions to perform business-critical tasks including, but not limited to, process standardization, logistics and transportation cost optimization, and inventory management – operational and dysfunctional, to meet network targets.

  • Your strong customer focus mindset will be a valued asset as you will own all facets of the order fulfillment process, and proactively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Drive innovative and cutting-edge technologies utilizing available supply chain IT tools for planning, customer collaboration, and drive inventory, forecasting and planning improvements.
