What you can expect

Under the supervision of the Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the OEM brand is adhering to the business plan and strategic targets;

  • Drive new business and the development of existing business within the OEM Network;

  • Maximise customer product portfolio to increase sales opportunities and profitability for the OEM brand paint and paint related products;

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, OEM, BASF ECR colleagues, Bodyshops such as independents groups & retailer owned, Retailers and other influencers in the market.

What we expect

  • In addition to being educated to degree level in business management, you have already gained extensive experience within the Automotive Refinish industry in technical sales (a minimum of 5 years).

  • An excellent understanding of the technologies and processes of a bodyshop.

  • A proven track record of sustainable & profitable business growth within the automotive refinish market.

  • You have excellent communication skills and you are proficient with MS Office. You are able to demonstrate the use of Master Data Analysis techniques.

  • This position includes extensive travel across the whole of Great Britain, Northern Ireland & √Čire. Overnight stays will be required.

  • The position is home based.
