Technical Service Specialist (1802323) - Dallas - Ft. Worth / East Texas
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to provide technical support to our customers, both distribution and collision centers within the Dallas/Fort Worth and East Texas markets.
Formula for Success
· Leveraging your education, knowledge, and experience in automotive paint, you will provide customer support, both distribution and collision, by training, product demonstrations, trouble-shooting, and color matching.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will communicate across the Automotive Refinish organization to drive customer retention, competitive conversions, improved product performance and development of new products.
Using your technical troubleshooting aptitude and passion for innovation, you will work with our R&D lab to identify and solve product complaints - a critical aspect of the position.
Your customer service focus will be employed when you travel to customer sites at least 60% of the time.
