Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to join our team and be responsible for assisting and supporting the APN Collegiate Relations & Early Talent Development team. In this role you will organize and manage recruitment initiatives for the Internship and Professional Development Programs and will assist BASF team members with their university and agricultural partner organization engagement efforts. In addition, you will provide critical talent insights to help inform and influence recruitment process, hiring philosophies, and overall assessment practices.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your experience in the Early Talent, recruiting, sourcing and program management, in a large corporate environment you will ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through managing the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, graduate rotational program, and other university relations programs as well as use discretion to screen candidates and perform interviews for determining fit of candidates and referring to appropriate positions.
Based on your experience with MS Suite and applicant tracking systems you will manage and ensure the data integrity of reports and our Applicant Tracking system’s processes and updates as well as create requisitions and job posting content and maintain recruiting data and metrics.
Combining your organizational skills and creativity to facilitate an immersive new hire orientation for PDP/Intern class members you will train and coordinate BASF personnel, campus teams, and student ambassadors that support outreach efforts for assigned university portfolios as well as support program management processes including rotations, placements, and mentoring and development.
Based on your ability to interact with all levels of the organization and demonstrated strength in prioritizing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment you will build an influential network of content partners and experts who are willing to volunteer their time to help us continuously improve our programs and drive development initiatives as well as establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders.
Your excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills will serve you well as you will provide recommendations on student recruiting process improvements and enhancements to attract, recruit and retain a diverse career talent pipeline and collaborate with various stakeholders to build and maintain learning and development programming across onboarding, continued education, career development, assignment lead training, and skill development for program participants.
Utilizing your abilities with social media and branding campaigns to promote early talent programs you will manage the execution of our University programs including on-boarding, events, and mentoring and partner with internal communications, marketing and external vendors to create marketing and branding programs targeted at university hires.
Your ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships will serve you well as you will travel to targeted Universities and Colleges to execute and lead recruiting events such as Career Fairs, On-Campus Interviews, Information Sessions, Resume Workshops, Practice Interviews, etc.
