Global Product Registration Manager (2103134) – Research Triangle Park, NC

Where the Chemistry Happens

Working out of our Research Triangle Park, NC NA headquarters, you will demonstrate solid working knowledge of Global Regulatory Affairs issues, including changes in guidelines, interpretations or procedures within the US EPA, EU, Japan and Brazil and other key countries that may affect current or future product registrations. You will provide global regulatory support of assigned crop protection active ingredients.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your BS degree in an agricultural field (or related scientific discipline) with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the pesticide industry or MS degree in an agricultural field (or related scientific discipline) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pesticide industry or PhD in an agricultural (or related scientific discipline) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pesticide industry.

  • Overseeing the active ingredient and product regulatory database, you will ensure its completeness for global registration needs, specifically in the herbicide product area.

  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies that support agreed upon business goals – taking into consideration potential short and long-term issues and trends.

  • Leading cross-functional teams, you will develop regulatory data supporting development projects and active ingredient/ product defense.

  • Successfully engaging outside of the organization, you will interact and negotiate with representatives from keyregulatory authorities to achieve regulatory objectives.

  • Keeping abreast of the latest regulatory updates, you will inform and advise business teams on regulatory issues that impact project targets.

  • Your effective communication skills will be essential as you manage and communicate project costs and timelines.

  • Your commitment to compliance will be vital as you demonstrate your working knowledge of global pesticide regulatory systems, including associated laws and regulations, e.g. FIFRA, EU 1107/2009, with a proven track record for successfully registering pesticide products.
