Senior Fulfillment Analyst (63063078) – Research Triangle Park, NC (Durham)

We are seeking a professional like you to be a member of our Customer Fulfillment team and directly support the timely and accurate delivery of marketing program rebate payments to customers. This role has a strong emphasis on data quality, payment validations, documentation, program integrity, and customer service.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Science or a related field combined with your experience working in progressively responsible positions with high financial impact, you will manage the annual payment exception process to ensure the exception process is followed correctly and completely including final payments to customers and reports to management.

  • Your experience with qualitative analysis and management of complex data will be essential as you apply complex business rules to complete a variety of data reconciliations to validate movement of product volume through transfers, invoiced sales, inventory reporting, and customer reported sales at an article, brand, customer, or customer group level.

  • Your keen attention to detail will be vital as you complete a variety of in-depth data and system quality checks to ensure the data used in rebate calculations is accurate, complete, and meets business requirements.

  • Relying on your effective interpersonal and communication skills in a team-environment, you will support the sales teams as needed to resolve customer issues and cross-train to support other department analysts in key functional areas.

  • Working collaboratively with external and internal groups, you will coordinate and manage actions to resolve business issues that impact customer incentive payments and data issues.

  • Demonstrating your strong problem solving and analytical skills, you will complete risk analyses and projections to support to early advance payments to customers.

  • Using your analytical and querying skills in SAS, MS Access, SQL, or similar relational database management system, you will develop queries to analyze large databases covering sales, customers, products, and product movement data. Your analytical focus is to apply complex business logic and rules to calculate, validate, and reconcile rebate payments. Additionally, you will manage and maintain relevant queries, data, and documentation to support audits, litigation, or other business reviews and requests.

  • Your strong customer focus will be evident as you develop timely customer solutions to rebate offers impacted by unforeseen in-season variables such as weather, product supply, or competitive response.

  • Exercising your demonstrated knowledge of project management practices, you will serve as Lead Analyst supporting grower payments, oversee retailer and grower audits, and work with systems/system owners, ensuring there is direct support for rebate programs and payments.
